Arthur G.B. Thomas LL.B. (Hons) (UWI) L.E.C.,LL.M
Arthur was called to the Antigua Bar in 1991 and since then has been engaged in private legal practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, land law, intellectual property, banking, insurance, industrial law and probate for the most part.

Arthur read law at the University of the West Indies, Cavehill Campus, Bridgetown, Barbados from 1986 to 1989, graduating therefrom with a Bachelor of Laws Degree, Upper Second Class Honours. From 1989 to 1991 he attended the Norman Manley Law School, Kingston, Jamaica where he completed the Legal Education Certificate; the professional qualification which allows Caribbean trained lawyers to practice in all of the English-speaking Caribbean with a common law tradition.

Arthur possesses a Master of Law in International Taxation read at the Regent University, Virginia, USA, which certificate he received in 2003.

He is the current President of Antigua Bar Association, having previously worked as Vice President and Secretary of the Association. He is a Notary Public of Antigua and Barbuda. He also serves as a Commissioner of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission and is an active member of the International Masters of Gaming Law.



Kelvin John LL.B. (Hons) (UWI) L.E.C., LL.M,, E.M.B.A.

Kelvin was called to the bar of the Commonwealth of Dominica in 1993. He has since practiced in the areas of criminal law, maritime, constitutional/administrative litigation, civil litigation and real property matters first as a State Attorney and then as an Associate in the firm of Cilma A. M. Dupigny, Barrister -at- Law and Solicitor; and as a partner with this firm since 1997.

Kelvin in 1990 graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cavehill Campus, Bridgetown, Barbados with a Bachelor of Laws Degree, Second Class Honours. From 1991 to 1993 he attended the Norman Manley Law School, Kingston, Jamaica where he completed the Legal Education Certificate.

Kelvin possesses a Masters of Law (LLM) in International Maritime Law read at the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Malta, which certification he received in 1991.

He is also a graduate of the University of the West Indies Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) having completed the program in 2002.

He is the past President of the Antigua Bar Association and is a member of the Bar Association of the Commonwealth of Dominica. He is a Notary Public of Antigua and Barbuda. He is a Notary Public of Antigua and Barbuda. He is also a Certified Court Mediator and conducts mediation under the existing rules of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

Lisa M. John Weste LL.B. (1st Cl. Hons) (UWI)L.E.C., LL.M.

Lisa was called to the Antigua Bar in 2007 and is presently engaged in Civil work, in particular Conveyencing, Mortgages, Company, Commercial, Wills and Probates, Family and Personal Injury, both litigious and non-litigious as an Associate in the firm.

Lisa read law at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Bridgetown, Barbados from 2002-2005, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws Degree, First-Class Honours. From 2005-2007 she attended the Norman Manley Law School, Kingston, Jamaica where she completed the Legal Education Certificate, thereby allowing her to practice in all areas of the English-speaking Caribbean.

Lisa possesses a Master in Corporate and Commercial Law with University of London, England which she completed in 2009.



Loy L.A. Weste LLB (Hons) (UWI) L.E.C.

Loy was called to the Antigua Bar in 2007 and is presently engaged in Civil work, Industrial Law, both litigious and non-litigious, criminal law, constitutional/administrative litigation, Wills and Probates, Family and Personal Injury.

Loy read law at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Bridgetown, Barbados from 2001-2004, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws Degree, Second-Class Honours. From 2005-2007 he attended the Norman Manley Law School, Kingston, Jamaica where he completed the Legal Education Certificate, thereby allowing him to practice in all areas of the English-speaking Caribbean.

Loy is currently reading for an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) with Cave Hill School of Business, University of the West Indies, Barbados. He is an avid Cricketer and has excelled at the sport both at the local and regional level.
